Brian was great! He went above and beyond! He explained in detail all that needed to be done and was prompt upon my arrival at the dealership! My last service was for a warranty service call. Brian has been my service writer from the beginning of my purchase and each time I visit he remembers that timing is an issue and makes sure I am in and ou has been my service writer from the beginning of my purchase and each time I visit he remembers that timing is an issue and makes sure I am in and out fairly quickly. He sets up the drop off and pick up, and basically takes care of everything the moment I come in to when I pick up the car - if I have any issues he acknowledges it or finds out on the spot so I know what to expect. He makes the service call an incredibly easy task. Overall he has been a terrific person to talk to at Maroone not only for service, but I am sure if I had a problem, he would take care of me with all sincerity. I have always had excellent service and I believe it is the front man, Brian that is responsible for that and for my experience at Maroone. I was scheduled with Gary, but he was running late so Brian was nice enough to take care of me. Extremly nice and got me thru the process very quickly. I recently had an unbelievably positive experience at Maroone Chevrolet Fort Lauderdale and wanted to share it with everyone. Being a young single female I was a bit apprehensive as I walked into the car Maroone Chevrolet Fort Lauderdale and wanted to share it with everyone. Being a young single female I was a bit apprehensive as I walked into the car dealership. I have had several female friends say they were intimidated and treated less than professionally at other car dealerships. Much to my surprise I was greeted immediately upon arrival by a friendly professional. I told him I was there for service and suddenly realized I was on the new car sales floor. He courteously escorted me to the service department. While we were walking, he spoke with me about my car service issues and made me feel better and more secure about going to the dealership. I began the process to have my car serviced and went to the waiting room for several hours. Again, much to my surprise after about 2 hours of waiting the original sales employee walked into the waiting room and said he had an idea. He explained a quick,efficient and economical way to have my service complete in very little time. I thought it had to be fixed one way but he explained it could be done differently. His input allowed me to get out of the dealership faster than origionally anticipated and at a lower cost than I had origionally thought. It is amazing to have a car dealership on your side. I have since informed all of my friends of the positive experience and recommend they use this fine dealership. I will definitely head back there whenever I am in need of their services in the future. More
