Brian was great! He went above and beyond! He explained in detail all that needed to be done and was prompt upon my arrival at the dealership! Always smiling and friendly, Brian has gone out of his way to be as helpful as possible and resolve any and all issues, going above and beyond what most others would do. Compared to bad experiences I've had at other dealers (in and out of the local area), as well as horror stories I've heard from others, I feel very lucky that I'm able to bring my vehicle to Brian whenever service is needed! My last service was for a warranty service call. Brian has been my service writer from the beginning of my purchase and each time I visit he remembers that timing is an issue and makes sure I am in and ou has been my service writer from the beginning of my purchase and each time I visit he remembers that timing is an issue and makes sure I am in and out fairly quickly. He sets up the drop off and pick up, and basically takes care of everything the moment I come in to when I pick up the car - if I have any issues he acknowledges it or finds out on the spot so I know what to expect. He makes the service call an incredibly easy task. Overall he has been a terrific person to talk to at Maroone not only for service, but I am sure if I had a problem, he would take care of me with all sincerity. I have always had excellent service and I believe it is the front man, Brian that is responsible for that and for my experience at Maroone. He is a gentleman, he has terrific business manners and I believe he really cares about the customer first. Thanks Brian, I hope I run into more people like you! Debbie More

I was scheduled with Gary, but he was running late so Brian was nice enough to take care of me. Extremly nice and got me thru the process very quickly. The fact that he has an incredable knowlege of mechanics and was able to figure out exactly the problem just on what i told him really helped get this taken of. I was in and out in no time. Thank-you for the outstanding service and thanks for having Brian handle this for me. Just one thing, it would be a nice courtsy to throw in a quick car wash. Just happens my truck could of used it.
