I took my car here for a check up. I was prepared to go in there and have to wait all day. I was shocked when I was only in there for a little over an hour and was given updates with the progress of my app in there and have to wait all day. Everyone was very welcoming and it was apparent that the employees main concern was the customer and not all about the money. Lastly, I don't think my car had ever been so clean after my car got washed here. More
In my time in Florida, I paid for two cars from Maroone. First was Maroone Ford - paid for a new Ford Mustang and it fell apart after 1 year. I spent half the time in their service department and it never was fixed. They even tried to blame me for the clutch going out - After 6 months? I was so angry, I traded it for a Toyota. For three years, I never had a issue with my Toyota, and their service department KNEW what they were doing. After about 3 years, I got bored of the Toyota, and thought that it was time for the Chevrolet Camaro from Maroone Chevrolet. Their customer server was good, nothing excellent. It felt like they cared more about selling a car, than what I wanted. I got the Camaro, and the problems started again! Grinding/rubbing noise. I took it in, not once, but 3 times! Each time they said it was repaired, and sure enough the problem came back! I had to take off of work, almost lost my job, and spent so much time in the service department, they knew me by name! Now that is sad! I started Lemon Law proceedings, and before I could even begin that, my fuel sensor went out. On a NEW car with barely 10,000 miles on it! If the service department can't fix a tranmission issue, then forget the sensor. That was the end of my business, GOODBYE Maroone. Thanks for wasting my time! More

Another time, Brian advised to use a local after market audio specialty store to fix the problems with the aging car's sound volume. He knew the store's quality work and my own experience with the store was very good. When I asked about extended warranty contracts, he spent enough time looking over the available plans to find the one with the best price and good features. I purchased the warranty. He saved me cash on that choice and the warranty will save cash in the future. My satisfaction with the dealer's auto service is Brian's goal. This is very clear and the biggest reason why I continue to be a loyal customer there. My Saturn mechanic is Patrick - always does an excellent job, even down to knowing the pressure I like in my tires with the Nitrofill. I've been using this dealer and had the same service manager for years and have always had great service and no unanswered questions and no problems after service. More
Levon wrote up my order,was very helpful the whole time,took me back to show me what needed to be done,gave me an estimate on new tires,and discount on an oil change. Being a young female I hate dealing with car repairs. 1) I will be honest I know nothing about cars. 2) I always feel like I am taken advantage of because of that.
