I'd also like to compliment Rebecca Hussle, Customer Service/Vehicle Exchange/Warranty Manager. Ms. Hussle is professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to communicate with. Whenever I have a warranty question, she cheerfully answers my inquiry. She provides the information requested for me to make a decision without any pressure. Due to convenience(closer to my job), I attempted to get my car serviced by a re After great first experience, another issue with my vehicle came up. Due to convenience(closer to my job), I attempted to get my car serviced by a reputable business. However, they could not complete the job because they were unable to access the part. They recommended I contact my dealer and bring the part to them and they would install it. I contacted Grieco's parts department and a gentleman named Will assisted me. Like the other staff I had dealt with, he was extremely courteous and professional and acquired the part for me in what seemed like record time to me. At that point, I had already spoken to Jonatan Cardoza who offered to install the part and complete the job if I wanted. I decided to take him up on that offer and it was determined the part I ordered was not what I needed. By the next day, they got the correct part and completed the job. Jasmine efficiently handled the paper work and Jonatan advised me that the parts department would refund me for the part I ordered but didn't need. I went back to Will who consulted with his manager, Mr. Sandy Miller and they graciously handled my refund. To me, this felt like a genuine team effort. More

Thanks to Jasmine's calm demeanor, she set up my appointment and luckily for me my Service advisor was Jonatan Cardoza. Jonatan didn't keep me waiting regarding my situation. He called me as soon as the problem was determined and provided me my options and reasonable quotes on crucial items my car needed. I never got the feeling, like some dealerships, that I was being over-priced and items were being added just to increase my bill. Mr. Cardoza was professional, courteous, personable and relatable. I would recommend him anytime. Lastly, I just want to say thanks for making my first experience at Grieco as stree-free as possible. More
Ripped Off I drove from Houston TX to Ft. Lauderdale for a cruise. Auto misfired and engine light came on when I drove 70 mph. Was told I needed new spark plugs I drove from Houston TX to Ft. Lauderdale for a cruise. Auto misfired and engine light came on when I drove 70 mph. Was told I needed new spark plugs and should have fuel injectors cleaned. Paid $924. car was fine driving back to hotel and to cruse terminal. After cruise headed back to Houston. As soon as I got on I 95 and hit 70 mph the service lite came on and car once again began to misfire. I called service agent and left message. He later called back and told me I could bring car back in. I explained I was on the road headed back home. He said to take it to local Chevy dealer when I got home - which I did. The problem was the ignition coils and not the spark plugs or the fuel injectors. The car now works fine but Grieco refuses any type of refund for their work which did not solve the problem. More

My 2018 Corvette Z06 had paint peeling off as a factory defect and Casey took the time to get me a new bumper with a new nose badge in a timely manner. I strongly recommend Grieco Chevrolet to anyone with a high end Corvette or other vehicle where they want to be treated like a VIP. More

Stay away from this company and avoid buying any GM product. they do not stand behind their product and do everything to avoid replacing the transmission. They rather fix it until the warranty runs out and then you are out of luck! You can be SURE I will never buy a GM product again and will never deal with this dealership again. More

Did not return his phone calls, lied about calling the warranty company, His service advisor who had also been in the service said he understood about his leave time and would get his truck done in time......My son had to extend his leave, his wife just got a job offer that starts soon and no way back home. They don't seem to care about customer service, lie through their teeth, blame someone else, give excuses. Would never recommend this place. More

He was extremely knowledgeable and explained what was happening with my Impala. I called at 9:30 am on a Tuesday, brought the car in, and it was finished that day. I was not expecting the car to be finished that day. I could not pick it up until the next morning. Although Rick was off the next day, he came in to handle my vehicle just to make sure that everything ran smoothly. He did a great job and represented the Autonation Service Depot well! More

The local dealer had tried unsuccessfully to mount a rear tire on the wheel. After much frustration I drove the 175 miles to you facility because of the specific reputation of Mr. Jon Erwin, your Corvette certified technician. It would be an understatement to say I was not disappointing. He took care of the problem and made feel very welcome and certainly went beyond expectation. I will be driving the 175 miles again to take care of any further maintenance issues with my car. You are lucky to have such a great resource in your staff. Please extend a sincere thanks from me.
