I had the pleasure of working with Jonathan Cardoza who was nothing but helpful and very attentive. I also had the pleasure of speaking to Rebecca Hussle, who I must say definitely exemplifies the definition of what it means to offer great customer service. She helped me with getting OnStar services in my vehicle and was very helpful in explaining in detail how much of a benefit the service is to have.
