had problems in the past and this confims nothing changed Brought 2009 Tahoe in for air bag warning light staying on, mind you it has been recalled for the past 6 years part of the Takata air bag recall. firs Brought 2009 Tahoe in for air bag warning light staying on, mind you it has been recalled for the past 6 years part of the Takata air bag recall. first was told it was probably covered under lifetime safety warranty. got there and was charged $385 for air bag sensor. The only thing that is good is the shuttle service but it stops at 4:30pm. They used to wash the vehicle when worked on they dont do that no more. Used to get my oil changed here but no more, everytime i got it back the TPS sensors were not reset and had to bring back. Not a happy customer and I used to work for GM so I try to keep all GM in business but so far been stricking out at this dealership. I also asked about air bag replacement and was told there is none yet at this time. Then asked what they replace with if i was in accident ant airbag went off, nobody could answer that question. More

Rude customer service I have been to this dealer several times and the service was fine. However, this time I dealt with Josue and it was a terrible experience. He consta I have been to this dealer several times and the service was fine. However, this time I dealt with Josue and it was a terrible experience. He constantly changed his story to cover his back when unsatisfactory worked was performed. He also acted like we was too busy to take a minute to return a phone call. The lying and disrespect for a customers time was more than frustrating. I would give this dealer a better rating if it wasn’t for this employee. More

Not the good price I went for service and a trailer hitch mounted. The parts department told me $500 in total ( parts and labor ), I paid the parts 2 weeks before the ap I went for service and a trailer hitch mounted. The parts department told me $500 in total ( parts and labor ), I paid the parts 2 weeks before the appointment ($375) and was ready for the $125 more but Jonathan told me it’s $280 more plus tax ! Not very professional, and I needed the hitch so I paid. I will also expect a car wash as all the European dealers do but no. Not a good experience. More
