Nice and professional I went to have a recall maintainence done.I went in at 7:30AM & was out around 1:30PM.I was told when scheduling the appointment it would be around 3 I went to have a recall maintainence done.I went in at 7:30AM & was out around 1:30PM.I was told when scheduling the appointment it would be around 3 hours.I decided to wait.Shuttle was offered.The waiting room was nice and clean with coffee and snacks.My Service person Lavon C.was extremely nice.I also was greeted by Ms Rebecca Hussle whom was very kind and attentive.I was offered lunch and took advantage of it.I will use your services again when needed.I thank you so very much for the excellent service. Saved me $1,000’s!!! I purchased my car from this dealership a few years ago and had excellent service. After my warranty ended I have bounced around to conveniently locat I purchased my car from this dealership a few years ago and had excellent service. After my warranty ended I have bounced around to conveniently located mechanics for maintenance. I stopped into a Pep Boys to get my oil changed/tires rotated plus asking about new break pads and having my AC checked. My jaw hit the floor with the “issues” they found and the insane cost estimate. Being a female and feeling I may be taken advantage of and wanted to get a 2nd opinion, I returned to the dealership. I was treated with honesty, respect and updated along the service process. After all was said and done, my vehicle did not have as many “issues” as I was first told. I am so appreciative for Josue Rosa taking customer service seriously and providing quality care. I am a happy customer! More
