Oil Change Service After walking out of another dealership due to them being very unprofessional, I told my wife to try Grieco Chevrolet in Fort Lauderdale. They were v After walking out of another dealership due to them being very unprofessional, I told my wife to try Grieco Chevrolet in Fort Lauderdale. They were very professional and Josue R was our service advisor. He enter our new 2019 Tahoe into the system and told us our first 2 oil changes were on the house. I thought this was very nice and unexpected. We did not have an appointment but our car was taken right away to do the oil change. We also spoke with Rebecca H who is their customer service manager and she offered some local coupons to a restaurant near by. This also was unexpected but very nice. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service we received on our first visit to this dealership. Keep up the good work. More

Poor Customer Service Dear Grieco Chevrolet I am writing to you today to explain a bad experience I had at Grieco Service Department. It is appalling to witness an employ Dear Grieco Chevrolet I am writing to you today to explain a bad experience I had at Grieco Service Department. It is appalling to witness an employee Levon Cox of such a respected company to behave in such a manner. I had made appointment for a Certified service oil change. Upon my arrival Levin Cox told me my car was not covered under this watterny. I explain to him I just bought the car and this is the second car I have bought from Grieco. He said he could not help me. I went up front and talked to a Michael Sherota who was rude and very disrespectful. He made me feel as if they bought the car from me. I showed him the dates of the purchase and of course it was still under warranty. I was both shocked and disappointed to have been treated in this way and believe you should be made aware of your employee's actions. I trust that this is not the way that Grieco does business and that you will mention my concern with Levon Cox about the incident I am open to discussing the matter further and should hope that you will respond with a solution to prevent this incident happening again. More

The first time I had my vehicle in for service under the previous ownership, they provided a checklist of all the items they inspected.You have not provided that during my last two service visits. Excellent Service & Hospitality For Out of Town Visitor Had the misfortune of cracking a rim on a C7 Z06 rear wheel on a Friday afternoon while on vacation on Fort Lauderdale Beach celebrating our anniversa Had the misfortune of cracking a rim on a C7 Z06 rear wheel on a Friday afternoon while on vacation on Fort Lauderdale Beach celebrating our anniversary. Grieco took us in without an appointment, located a rim locally, processed our claim, made our car drivable pending delivery of the rim the next day, had the Corvette technician (John) come in on Saturday to switch out the rims and had us on our way with the minimum of inconvenience considering the situation. John treated us as long term customers. He was very friendly and made the situation palatable. He was cordial, pleasant and made you feel special, even though he was not scheduled to work Saturday. For a dealer to treat us as Greico did knowing we were in town for a short time and most likely would not have any reason to use their services in the future to go above and beyond as Greico’s team did is extremely impressive. Based on our experience and the team we met, I would not hesitate to highly recommend them to anyone for their auto needs. Thank you Greico, kudos to your team. Brad More
