He actually asked me if I wanted to wait while they found the part somewhere else, I of course asked if he was kidding and said no. Josue should have been more on top of it, he said it was the technicians fault for not letting him know. More

Garbage Lied to by service manager about my extended warranty. Had my work truck 4 days before they contacted warranty company.
