Upset with service advisor I was really upset with my service advisor because he told me to come back the next day to get a buffing job done that I needed on my truck.well the I was really upset with my service advisor because he told me to come back the next day to get a buffing job done that I needed on my truck.well the next day was Sunday which the dealership is closed and the car wash was closed. so I came from Hollywood drove all the way to the dealership for no reason. 1st service Had a oil change and 1st service. I also asked to research a rattling noise. After 1.5 hours waiting ( for an oil change) I was told the technician co Had a oil change and 1st service. I also asked to research a rattling noise. After 1.5 hours waiting ( for an oil change) I was told the technician could not replicate the rattling. I got in the vehicle in front of the service advisor and tapped on the gas. the noise happened right away. He said oh we can take it back in and check it out. Asked for a loaner vehicle. He said no. O told him I can wait a 1.5 hours to have the technician not find it again. I have continuously had terrible service here. The advisors are very professional, your technicians are less than par. Your average wait time is way to long. I will be taking my business elsewhere. More
