Frustrating I took my car there to fix an issue that I was diagnosed to be the starter. I took my car to the dealer to check the starter, get it replaced and let I took my car there to fix an issue that I was diagnosed to be the starter. I took my car to the dealer to check the starter, get it replaced and let me know if that was the only issue with the car. They told me it was. I drove home and at the end of the day my car would not start again. I told them to tow my car and verify what’s going on. And now they wanna charge me 145 bucks to run a new diagnostic. More

Long wait, wrong info Had an appointment but I waited nearly 30 minutes before I saw a service rep. Then it took a couple of hours for an oil change and car wash.
