Best Chevrolet Dealer Experience I have had several terrible experiences at another Chevrolet dealer very close to home. I was very frustrated and decided to drive further from home t I have had several terrible experiences at another Chevrolet dealer very close to home. I was very frustrated and decided to drive further from home to try Grieco Chevrolet when my engine overheated. From the moment I arrived until I picked up my car, it was a wonderful customer service experience. My customer care rep was Javier Gregorio and he is a real professional. I was treated with respect and he went overboard to make sure I was comfortable. He set up a loaner car for me so I would not have to wait all day for a warranty repair. I will drive out of my way for the amazing service I receive at Grieco Chevrolet!! More
Worst customer service I have ever had. I had a few incidents with their service department and if I would have known how they operate, I most likely would have gone someplace else. Fist Incident: I bought my vehicle from you and had a great experience with the sales department. The reason I bought it was because other dealerships I did not like how they did business. The service department was totally different!!!! The girl up at the desk was nice and did her job well and was friendly. The service representative was NOT!!! I arrived 15 minutes early and had made an appointment to get my vehicle serviced for the first time. There was nobody in the bay to greet me or ask me if I needed help. Once I turned my keys over to the girl she stated the service rep would be right with me. I waited 20 to 25 minutes until the service rep contacted me. He stated they busy, then asked me what I needed done. First I had made an appointment and it was for my first service on my new car, meaning I was a new customer! I feel the service rep should have checked out the schedule before meeting me and gave me a great customer experience, which did not happen. All he said was "What can we do for you", "what's your phone number", and sign right here on the paper. I left to go out eat and never received a phone call telling me, my vehicle was done. I returned and found my vehicle in the bay. I walked in and the girl at the desk stated she had my keys, and I signed the document and was given my car keys. My service rep had walked by and never said anything to me, nothing about my vehicle being ok, or what they did, or even to go to xxxx !! I was going to order a accessory for my car but due to the way I feel I was treated I did not and left. Right now unknown if I will return again for another service, due to the way the service rep did his job. Was he upset because he was over worked or had to work on a weekend. Whatever it was he could use some customer service training!!!! A customer should never feel like he was not welcomed in the place of business, or that the employee is upset. So much for customer service!!!!. Second Incident: Three weeks after the first incident I noticed on the front wheel wells the trim was popping out on both sides. I pushed them back in so they would not fall off and my daughter contacted the dealership. They stated bring the vehicle in anytime and they would look at it and fix it. I stopped in last Saturday and was met at the door by a service rep. I explained shy I was there and the vehicle was only 4 months old if that. He stated well that’s not my department, I’m in service you need a body shop person and they don’t work on Saturdays. He did state he would see if he could find somebody to help me. A lady then came out and I explained it to her. She wrote down my VIN and looked over my car and went inside to get on the computer. She then stated it may be the clips have gone bad. I can order them which will take 4 on each side. I said ok. I was also told it maybe something else once they pop them off. She then printed out some paperwork and handed it to me stating it would cost me about 70 dollars to get it fixed. I told her it was a new vehicle which I bought from them and it had an extended warranty on it even. What do you mean cost me!!! She said I don’t know anything about the body shop and warranty; I work in the service department. I said her computer should show its new and the warranty since she had my VIN number. She told me she would have to ask the service manager about it. He then came out and I explained it again. She showed me him car and stated ya we can cover it, just put the paperwork on my desk. I was told that the parts should be in on Tuesday and they would call me so I could set up an appointment. It’s Thursday and still no call about my parts or them looking at my car. So much for customer service and warrant work through them I guess? Third Incident: I received a telephone message from a service manager stating he wanted to know about my visit over the weekend on the warranty work. Unknown to me but my daughter had written a complaint about the incident. I called back to speak to him and had to leave a voice message for him which I gave him my telephone number again to call me. Never received a telephone call back and it’s been four days since then. So much for customer service again!!!! I have always been a Chevy man and came from Montana and had great customer service and vehicle services. I guess welcome to Florida? LOL I have always had two vehicles and a motorcycle, and was looking to trade in my second vehicle for a muscle car possibly a Camaro. I guess from now on I will check what the service department first and see what it is like and if they have bad reviews then forget buying a vehicle from them. The salesman were great, it’s the rest of it that now has me looking at maybe another dealership and not staying with Chevy’s anymore. Jeff Folsom Davie More
Ok...but a little upsetting I usually do my service here...however the past 2 time I have went to get an oil change and multi point check. The multi point claims to have checked I usually do my service here...however the past 2 time I have went to get an oil change and multi point check. The multi point claims to have checked all fluids including my wiper fluid. My wiper fluid has been empty on both ocassion. I added some and the fluid leaked right out. So either no one has been doing the multi point check the way it should be done or if they have they did not care to mention that my wiper fluid leaks. It just brings to question is the multi point really being done???? More
