I removed my feedback from the site after he begged me to. Please explain to me why the same person I had a problem with did the same thing again when I took my vehicle in for service? I'm definitely taking my vehicle elsewhere for service from now on. Ver high turnover rate at this dealership not a good sign. So whatever they promise, please get it in writing. Plus when I asked the service adviser how much the battery would cost he had to call someone on the phone to find out. With 2 computer monitors on his, desk he could not find out a simple cost question? Steamed "old school sleezy" like it was 1965 and he had to call someone in the parts department to look it up in"the book". More
