Last time A manager contacted me after I left a rating on here, he promised that he'd take care of the situation and I would not have this issue again. I removed my feedback from the site after he begged me to. Please explain to me why the same person I had a problem with did the same thing again when I took my vehicle in for service? I'm definitely taking my vehicle elsewhere for service from now on. Ver high turnover rate at this dealership not a good sign. So whatever they promise, please get it in writing. Jonathan in the service department is horrible, rude and should not be dealing with customers directly. More
Nice but expensive and slow I had a appointment to specifically replace my battery, yet stiil took over an hour. Plus when I asked the service adviser how much the battery would cost he had to call someone on the phone to find out. With 2 computer monitors on his, desk he could not find out a simple cost question? Steamed "old school sleezy" like it was 1965 and he had to call someone in the parts department to look it up in"the book". More
