Horriable I had a horrible experience. I was charged 150 $ for a diagnostic test and another 18$ for miscellaneous fees? After 180$ with tax and 3 days waiting I had a horrible experience. I was charged 150 $ for a diagnostic test and another 18$ for miscellaneous fees? After 180$ with tax and 3 days waiting for a part I picked up my vehicle and went to my normal mechanic. My car wasn't even inspected in their care during that time to figure out if my car had other problems . Will not be back. If the communication was better maybe but I would have got my car sooner if I knew a part would take longer than 3 days More

My rep was out to lunch. A woman in the collision department heard me asking the receptionist and went in search of my car. It had been done for 30 minutes, but no-one knew where my keys were. She (lady from collision) eventually found them and brought my car up front for me. More

Great - once I got to speak to Sean Childrey! Called to say I needed to bring car in - was told to come tomorrow and prepare to leave it. When I drove in at 10:00 am, I was TOTALLY ignored and p Called to say I needed to bring car in - was told to come tomorrow and prepare to leave it. When I drove in at 10:00 am, I was TOTALLY ignored and person that drove in behind me was waited on before me. Went to counter and she finally asked what I wanted and said someone will be with me shortly. NO ONE did for 10 mins so I asked to speak to service mgr an was told she didn’t know where he was. Another man from sales came over and I told him I wanted service mgr. he got Sean - situation got much better. Car problem was diagnosed quickly - Sean called to tell me cost for repair - I gave approval for repairs and car was ready by 3:30 pm. Thank you Sean More
