Only one that seemed to care!! I had received a vehicle recall issue via the mail and tried to get it taken care of at my local Chevrolet dealership without any success.. I needed u I had received a vehicle recall issue via the mail and tried to get it taken care of at my local Chevrolet dealership without any success.. I needed up contacting 3 different dealerships before being directed to this one and once I met with the Service Manager, Michael Sherota, he was amazing.. He LISTENED to my concerns and frustrations and handled the issue without any push back.. He didn’t try to nickel and dime me, as the others had and I was very happy with my end result. He’s a great asset to the team and I wish all the other dealerships had a service manager on the team who cared like he did!! Thank you Michael !!! More

Forgotten or ignored I scheduled my apt for 9 am and arrived about 5 minutes early to check in the lady at the desk told me they where running behind and that I would hav I scheduled my apt for 9 am and arrived about 5 minutes early to check in the lady at the desk told me they where running behind and that I would have a To wait. And I was completely fine with waiting but an hour pass before I went back up to the desk and the gentleman I was supposed to speak to was just standing there talking to the front desk. So now I’m able to finish checking in and explain the issue that I’m having and I asked the gentleman to quote me a time about how long it will take. He informs me that I’ll take about an hour. OK cool again I can wait an additional hour. And about an hour laterThe gentleman then tells me that they are just getting to my car and that the hour will start from then. I feel like if I would’ve been taken in right at the time that my scheduled appointment was or even within Five minutes of my scheduled time I would’ve been able to leave within the original hour that I waited just to talk to somebody. I don’t understand why I needed to make a reservation if I’m going to have to wait and get pushed back to the end of the queue after you obviously either forgot about me or ignored that I was there. The service that was done to my car was amazing and the young lady at the front desk was amazing but everything in between me arrival with my car off and then leaving was a complete disaster. Especially because the fix to my car was to simply reprogram the tire pressure monitors on my driver side. This should of been an in and out kinda day my whole day pretty much done because I was forgotten or ignored. More
