We had a 1:00 appointment. Yes “appointment” on a Tuesday afternoon, and we waited 2.5 hours!! We booked the appointment around 9:30am that same day. So they knew that they wer Yes “appointment” on a Tuesday afternoon, and we waited 2.5 hours!! We booked the appointment around 9:30am that same day. So they knew that they were running behind when we booked. And they didn’t give us the courtesy to let us know. Additionally, everyone we interacted with acted like they hated their life and like we were an annoyance to them just for showing up. We’ll never be back, and I highly advise against anyone wasting their time with this crappy dealership. More
