The staff was friendly and helpful. I have been a customer for 3 years and I have not been disappointed yet. The representatives go out of their way to ensure that the customer is completely satisfied with the service provided. I bought a Certified Preowned HHR that was priced a little lower than anything I saw at Carmax....it it cam did not think it was going to be so easy. I know I would have paid alot more for the warrantee elsewhere and not been covered for anywhere near as much. I also felt that everyone I was talking to was trustworthy and real.
