He was very very personable and made us feel comfortable thru the paperwork closing process. We drove from Orlando to purchase the car, since we put the deal together and agreed on the numbers over the phone and on line and were hoping to be back home in time for dinner. As it turned out, we got back to Orlando around 10pm. A long 12 hour day. Natalie called the next day to follow up with our experience. I gave her and your dealership a 5 star rating.
