1st service Had a oil change and 1st service. I also asked to research a rattling noise. After 1.5 hours waiting ( for an oil change) I was told the technician co Had a oil change and 1st service. I also asked to research a rattling noise. After 1.5 hours waiting ( for an oil change) I was told the technician could not replicate the rattling. I got in the vehicle in front of the service advisor and tapped on the gas. the noise happened right away. He said oh we can take it back in and check it out. Asked for a loaner vehicle. He said no. O told him I can wait a 1.5 hours to have the technician not find it again. I have continuously had terrible service here. The advisors are very professional, your technicians are less than par. Your average wait time is way to long. I will be taking my business elsewhere. More

Some kind of problem almost every time I’m there Started off great, oil change was done in 1 hour, then service writer said he could change the air filters in a few minutes, 50 min later I asked what Started off great, oil change was done in 1 hour, then service writer said he could change the air filters in a few minutes, 50 min later I asked what’s going on (I was distracted with business calls), the service writer went to check, got distracted with two other customers and 10 later tells me they don’t have the part in stock, I asked for my car back immediately, I had to leave. He actually asked me if I wanted to wait while they found the part somewhere else, I of course asked if he was kidding and said no. Josue should have been more on top of it, he said it was the technicians fault for not letting him know. More
