Richard, the car sales guy at Grieco Delray, sold me an SUV a month ago. 6 days had passed and I realized how terrible the MPG was. I asked Richard if they would take it back. But he even made fun of how ridiculous my attempt to return it was. There was no need to be so nasty. I've been trying to sell it everywhere else but I get the same line: "They got you well lady". "You paid 10 grand over sticker price". This is Chevrolet Grieco. It's my fault for not doing my homework. And I should have known better that trusting Richard who honors the car sales guys reputation. Now I'm stuck with a car I bought a month ago and I can't sell unless I'm willing to lose 10k. Not likely I'll ever go back to Grieco again. More
The Service Department was well staffed and very well maintained. My vehicle was checked in and well cared for. The Service Tech (Keith Hartley) provided excellent guidance to service my vehicle. He explained what the problem was and how long it would take for repair. He kept me informed of the progress and the vehicle was returned in a timely basis. The most dishonest car dealership I have ever done business with. Absolutely don’t shop shop there. Rob Irving is a wonderful person to deal with. I went to Grieco today as a new customer. My husband passed away a few months ago and I wasn't sure where to take my car. I went to Grieco because I felt more Grieco today as a new customer. My husband passed away a few months ago and I wasn't sure where to take my car. I went to Grieco because I felt more comfortable going into an established dealership. I thought I needed an oil change but Rob checked and said there was still plenty of life left to the oil. He explained where to find that on the dashboard. I liked his honesty and his patience and kindness in explaining things to me. I could easily have be taken advantage of because I don't understand car repairs and maintenance requirements. I will be a loyal customer of Grieco as long as Rob Irving is my Service Advisor.
