Heather is only reason I come back I bought this truck bc it already had the lift wheels and tires on it. I was having issues with a wheel sensor that wasn’t tied down properly from whe I bought this truck bc it already had the lift wheels and tires on it. I was having issues with a wheel sensor that wasn’t tied down properly from when they did the lift. They wanted me to pay for the sensor and I told them it’s bc it wasn’t properly tied down from when the lift was installed. They paid for it, but installed the same way with out tying it down. Smh it will eventually do the same thing. More

Friendly, caring and determined to solve the problem. The engine on our 2019 Chevy Equinox with only 3400 miles kept stalling. Service advisor John Gannes was very caring and communicative. It took 3 vis The engine on our 2019 Chevy Equinox with only 3400 miles kept stalling. Service advisor John Gannes was very caring and communicative. It took 3 visits, but John, the service manager Adam, the shop foreman and the technician conferred with Chevrolet headquarters and finally the problem. They first replaced the Engine Control module and when the stalling reoccured, they replaced the throttle body. I was given a loaner car; so I was not inconvenienced More

Beware Stay away from GRIECO OF DELRAY Pre-Owned dealership as far as you can. I bought a pre-owned 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan for my daughter with a supposedly Stay away from GRIECO OF DELRAY Pre-Owned dealership as far as you can. I bought a pre-owned 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan for my daughter with a supposedly “clean” CARFAX history but to my surprise I bought a car with a concealed severe damage on the front left wheel compromising the shock ABS, bearing, housing and Tie rod which worn out the tires in less than two months. The consequences could be fatal to my daughter’s safety and integrity if we wouldn’t luckily detected this unexpected condition before a tragedy happens. Schumacher Palm Beach’s Maintenance Manager and I contacted GRIECO’S Pre-Owned manager Ryan Panella with detailed pictures and description of the damage clearly proving that it was evidently way before of the date I purchased the car. However Mr. Panella turned a blind eye to our requests and neither acknowledged responsibility nor covered the $3K+ costs of the repairs. This malicious and unethical business practices is what you should expect if dear to deal with this dealership and Mr. Panella. Hope this warning prevents you to be the next unfortunate buyer! More
