Dealership wins scam of the year Dealership plays games, started an online chat with Rebecca from the dealership, Rebecca told me they had many 2017 Chevy trax on the lot I said great Dealership plays games, started an online chat with Rebecca from the dealership, Rebecca told me they had many 2017 Chevy trax on the lot I said great I will be over in a half hour will you be there she said yes. i arived at the dealership asked for Rebecca they said she is off today, I said I just chatted with online and she said she was here, they said sorry for the misunderstanding, we will get someone else to help you. Salesman comes over I say I am interested in the 2017 Trax, he says we just sold the last one 2 hours ago, I said I just spoke to Rebecca and she said you have many, he says no. I requested to talk to a manger he says I will get one for you, 20 minutes later no manger I walk into the sales office ask for a manager my self he says no one told me you were here, funny cause the office walls are glass and I watched the salesman tell him something and he loooks right at me. He tell me sorry have no 2017 Trax left for about a week, except 1 loaner out on loan as we speak I say what about the salesman who just told me u sold the last one 2 hours ago he apologizes. I said can you get me a 2017 Trax he says no, but I can give u a price on a 2018 I Said no that’s and left the dealership. The next day I go on there web site and what do you know Rebecca starts up her chat again so I ask about a 2017 Trax and she says we have a few here they going fast come On in. The next day I go to the web site again to See what happens, what do you know it’s Rebecca again I ask about a 2017 Trax, this time She says we just sold the last one but come on in and we can order one for you. This dealership plays games and out right lies to get you to come in and waste your time, they get paid to be there the customers don’t, I ended up buying a 2017 Trax with 12 miles on it from another Dealership for $3,000 less then the manager said he will sell me the loaner car with $3,000 on it stay away from this dealership unless you have a lot of time to Waste and like being lied to More
