Great service I purchased my 2018 Chevy Traverse from Greico and had a great experience with the sales team and the service department has continued the great exper I purchased my 2018 Chevy Traverse from Greico and had a great experience with the sales team and the service department has continued the great experience with the dealership. Back in November my Traverse started making a funny noise from the exhaust. I took it into the dealership and they found that the exhaust manifold had a broken weld. My service person, Aaron Bonewitz, got the issue fixed and took care of the issue with no hassle. Then last week the exhaust started making the same noise again. I brought it back in and as I pulled up Aaron heard the noise, saw me and said we will take care of it. My car was past the warranty period by 2000 miles and Aaron said that this was not a problem and once again got the cracked exhaust manifold taken care of. With service like this from Greico Chevy and the commitment of their staff to make sure that the customers are satisfied, they now have a customer for life.
