I bought a pre-owned 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan for my daughter with a supposedly “clean” CARFAX history but to my surprise I bought a car with a concealed severe damage on the front left wheel compromising the shock ABS, bearing, housing and Tie rod which worn out the tires in less than two months. The consequences could be fatal to my daughter’s safety and integrity if we wouldn’t luckily detected this unexpected condition before a tragedy happens. Schumacher Palm Beach’s Maintenance Manager and I contacted GRIECO’S Pre-Owned manager Ryan Panella with detailed pictures and description of the damage clearly proving that it was evidently way before of the date I purchased the car. However Mr. Panella turned a blind eye to our requests and neither acknowledged responsibility nor covered the $3K+ costs of the repairs. This malicious and unethical business practices is what you should expect if dear to deal with this dealership and Mr. Panella. Hope this warning prevents you to be the next unfortunate buyer! More

Not professional They told me over phone they could make a deal no problem with no money down if I traded in my 2013 Nissan Murano SL with 75k on it. Insulted me with 6500k on trade when car was worth 11000k. I even was willing to except 9500k to make a deal on a 2012 overpriced Chevy Volt I wanted to purchase. I told them car only and NO money down. They promised 'no problem'. Ran my credit score and insisted it was 25 points lower than it was after I checked. I even showed them multiple reports on my phone. They came back with 9.9% and wanted 4000k down. I'm paying only 8% with Murano and my score was lower when I bought that car. The salesman and the finance guy appeared to be right out of high school. They lacked confidence and didn't look like they knew what they were doing. Too bad for Grieco because I bought a 2015 premium Volt with many extra free services from David Maus Chevrolet in Sanford with 40k miles on it for a way better price. And, they gave me 11000k on my trade in with NO money down. Grieco should take pointers on how to sell cars the right way from David Maus. More
