Alex Gutierrez made a custom of me as I brought my 2014 Stingray in as the screen got stuck in the open position. I would never do business with this dealership again. They are crocks and a fraud. I traded in my vehicle and finance did not write the contract for the agreed upon price for the trade (which was probabl They are crocks and a fraud. I traded in my vehicle and finance did not write the contract for the agreed upon price for the trade (which was probably our fault for not reading the contract.) however, the manager agreed to give me in the 40’s but ended up writing the contract for 37k-38k (he harped on what poor condition it was in, as well as I had an accident a few months ago which resulted in over 20,000 dollars in damage) The manager was aware of the accident because he discussed this as reasons for the low offer on my car. They are advertising no accident and selling the car way above 15,000 k more than they bought it for with no added work or money put in the car. I have all documentation of the accident and the repair. More

Service Dept a joke ! ! Brought my car in for Wed 9:00 appointment. CSR said he would call me after diagnosis. No call Wed. Thurs I call twice, 10am and 1pm, leave vm- no ! Brought my car in for Wed 9:00 appointment. CSR said he would call me after diagnosis. No call Wed. Thurs I call twice, 10am and 1pm, leave vm- no call back. 3:15pm CSR calls-just did diagnosis. Ordered parts. Almost 2 days my car sat there with nothing being done. Friday a.m. I called - vm, no call back. At 3:30 pm went down there really pissed, demanded my car back. CSR says, not all parts here. I said reinstall old parts, "me and my car are out of here". CSR went to shop and came back to say,miraculously, parts are here and installed. Don't know if this is incompetence or some corporate game they play. They will never see a dime from me again. What a joke this dealership is !! More

I’m very disappointed with the customer service I would never recommend anyone to buy a car from here and especially because they don’t do a good inspection of the vehicles they sold me car with no catalytic converter it is state and federal illegal to do that so what more problems could used cars have if the technicians don’t inform sales about the cars. There are flaws everywhere here. Even after trying to return the the vehicle Levi, Steve and Sergio did not want to help me returning the vehicle especially with my credit score after returning the car, I have to get attorneys involved and it’s ongoing currently. In short Grieco Chevrolet of Delray is horrible down to tech inspection to disrespectful sales people including managers I hope someone from the higher ups see this for sales to improve from this.
