They are too hungry for unearned revenue! The service manager asked for money that was not needed. I was given two maintenance visits included with my " CERTIFIED PRE- OWNED CHEVROLET 2014 COR The service manager asked for money that was not needed. I was given two maintenance visits included with my " CERTIFIED PRE- OWNED CHEVROLET 2014 CORVETTE" The service manager insisted on payment. He said that perk had expired, even though there was clearly NO EXPIATION DATE on the offer. He was very adamant and abusive.. I insisted that the offer was valid for two visits. Bad technician experience The technician that was working on my car asked me if I was going to keep watching him while he is working on my car. I told him I’ll watch him as muc The technician that was working on my car asked me if I was going to keep watching him while he is working on my car. I told him I’ll watch him as much as I want because I don’t know him and he is working on my car. I also told him he needs to work on his problems of people watching him while he works on a customer’s vehicle’s. If this bothered him he is in the wrong field of work. This wasn’t the first time I had a bad experience with a technician. Chevy needs to educate there employees to know had to interact with customers. More
