Proffesioanl and easy going I had a great experience at Grieco Delray with my sales rep, Barry. I was there for a trade in, between test driving the car and the paperwork, it did I had a great experience at Grieco Delray with my sales rep, Barry. Still no satisfaction on monies owed to me Since last September I have been trying to get my Service Contact rebate. I wrote to you and you got after the finance person,Charles Laurie and the salesman Al Cohen. My absolute hero Aaron Bonewitz got on both of their cases (a phone call from Corporate helped) and we thought that this was taken care of. But, here I sit, 5 months later and I still have yet to receive my money. This was supposed to be handled by finance- Charles Laurie who definitely needs a flash finance 101 course. I really liked doing business with Grieco/Delray but if this had been my first experience with them , I would have walked out. The only saving grace has been Aaron Bonewitz. Please help me!. More
