Literally excruciating having to deal with the service dept. Communication!! Don't depend on it if your vehicle ever ends up in their Service department. Bought my 18' Silverado from them brand new,. After having it barely a year, I was driving home after work and my engine light started blinking, felt like it was misfiring and smoke was emitting heavily from the hood. I had it towed to the dealership knowing that it was still under warranty. I was told by their Service member Heather that it ""Should" be covered under warranty, so we'll go ahead and get you into a rental from enterprise." After three days Heather TEXTS me and says that my "vehicle will not be covered under warranty because it was only the fuel injector and fuel injector rail that went out, and those are wearable parts." So I had to pay for the rental. I was told it'd be repaired in less than 2 weeks. After 2 weeks go by and without any type of updates , calls or returned messages... I decided to go to the dealership to speak with them. Upon speaking with the front desk employee they informed me that Heather was no longer with them anymore and they would contact me with more details. I asked to speak with a manager and of course their reply "They're not here right now, we'll let them know and give you a call." Three days go by and nothing... I call to speak with the manager and left a detailed message of the situation and how unacceptable it was of them not advising me of anything regarding my vehicle. Finally got a call back from the Service Manager Adam, who said he would be taking over the supervision of repairs. Adam is a hard worker and did a lot for me, but the Department as a whole delivered a dreadful experience. Adam also told me that after further inspection, it was my transmission and pistons that went out and needed repairs, and it would all be covered under warranty! My vehicle sat at the dealership for over two months (in the same spot collecting dust and rainwater like it hadn't been touched since the day it got there. Also unlocked I went there multiple times to check on it and I could open the door at any given time) with no updates until the day before Christmas Eve, which is when i received a voicemail stating my vehicle was ready for pickup... I picked my truck up two days after Christmas from the dealership, and while driving to work, the truck began to have the exact same symptoms it had when I first brought it in! It's like they didn't test drive it or anything! They treated it like it was no big deal that they were putting my family and I right back into an unsafe vehicle. I was advised it would be another two weeks. After multiple unreturned calls, I go to the dealership and the service employee behind the desk with the pointy dark hair tells me word for word, "We have no idea how long it will be until we get the parts." This is unacceptable, I mean at least make an effort that your'e trying to find out for me... I emailed the Service Manager Adam and he says I'd be compensated for the time I've had to wait and the rental I previously paid for... After another month, and me having to contact General Motors and an attorney for information on what to do. GM sent their own special technician to Grieco Chevy and personally inspected my truck... I was advised by Adam that the GM Technician found something they didn't, and it should be ready for "pickup" in a couple of days. So after almost 4 months of rigorous failures to communicate with me which seemed like a lifetime. I finally got my truck back... The payments that I was suppose to receive, I only received half, and that was 6 weeks after I was told I would get them. Adam told me he was "working" on the rest of the reimbursements and would email me about the details... Haven't heard anything in about 3 weeks on those.. No one should be treated like this, it's more than just unsatisfactory service, they truly made me feel insignificant as a consumer. The GM still has yet to speak with me, after being told by multiple managers that I would be contacted by him. Was even set up a meeting with Manager Vinny by the new Financial Manager they have... And when I showed up the Manager Vinny advised that the Financial Manager never told him anything about a meeting.... They continuously gave me the run around like I was causing them a problem! Car also has a constant clicking noise coming from the engine after the repairs and I was advised by Gary in Service that it was just the engine switching from V4 to V8... My truck never made these noises prior to repairs. More

this review is for Doug A. and not so much the dealership. Doug did an amazing job and I dont think there is anyone in the industry that has more knowledge of the product. Worst Customer Service EVER! They never answer the phone. And when they do they’re always transferring you. And don’t even consider getting a loaner you’ll need to schedule service 2 months prior. Dimitry was a charm. Drove over 3 hours to do this deal, he did his best to help get my payments where I needed to be with the finance guy.
