Slow service I had an appointment for an oil change at 9:30 and waited almost 3 hours until my truck was finally ready. I had also asked them to investigate the possibility of installing bed extender that I had with me (which I thought was the reason it was taking so long) but was not told until the very end that they couldn't. I was told to bring back a template on how to install it. Seriously? The dealership wants me to bring them instructions on how to do something they should already know how to do? They can't print the instructions themselves? Most of the employees inside the service center were nice, but a couple of the guys working outside at the express desk were no so friendly. More

Dealership is great. Horrible experience with the service department. Stood around for half hour or more waiting to be helped. Car was done hours before I got there.
