Worst Dealership ever!!! I’m really disappointed... First of all, I was at the store on June 16th and spoke with Alex about purchasing a Cargo Van (he told me to come back next day, cause the vehicle was not of all, I was at the store on June 16th and spoke with Alex about purchasing a Cargo Van (he told me to come back next day, cause the vehicle was not there) and I said ok. But when I got there next day at night, the vehicle was still not there and he told me that the car was sold and he forgot to call me to let me know which pissed me off as I left a job to go meet him about the van... I really think everybody needs a 2nd chance, so I came back there Friday the 19th and closed the deal. It was too late and I agreed to pick up my new van next day in the morning (so they could clean the car)... Once I got to GRIECO Saturday morning, another guy called Jeffrey crashed my van before delivering to me. And then the Sales Manager JIMMY STEWART came talk to me about the situation, saying that they're going to fix the van (before that, he tried to get me another new van but not the model I originally bought he wanted to give me a lower model) So, they got my car to a body shop and tried to fix the crash, but it didn’t turned out good! I was pissed and tried to talk to the manager, but no success! And then, JIMMY (the manager) said that the body shop needed more time to fix my car and I said ok. I was on vacation for 8 days (more than enough time to get my car ready)... For my surprise, when I got back from vacation and went to GRIECO to pick up my van, the work they did was horrible. Again, I tried to talk to the manager about getting me a new van, but he’s not willing to work with me, even besides everything that happened! Anyway, if you need a car, NEVER NEVER go to this dealership! horrible customer service and felt taken advantage of! If I could give a negative 5 starts I would. Extremely dissatisfied with everything that happened! Will definitely not recommend them to anyone! More

Made arrangement ahead of time with sales man to see car and test drive. When I got there the sales associate was unavailable, was passed to a volunteer and then could not find the car. When they finally found me some one in the used car lot, Tim Sweeney, he took care of me and the next day drove the car to my house so we could make a deal. It was a good transaction and my wife and I love the car. More

Philippe Germain helped me out a lot, walking in to the dealership I had little to no hopes of getting into a new car. Buying a new Chevy Equinox LT My wife Sharon & I are natives of Rhode Island and we know the Grieco family well! The whole Grieco Family ( Mike Sr. & wife Cathy, Mike jr., Dominick and Robert are wonderful people! So I wanted to buy my wife Sharon a new Chevy Equinox for our 43rd anniversary which is coming up on June 4th. I wanted it to be a surprise so I contacted Robert and he had the car sitting on the showroom floor with a big red bow on it and said..Is this car the one for her that you want to buy for Sharon? I said yes! I think she will love it! He said No Problem. I was referred to his General Manager Jimmy Stewart and made an appointment on Saturday and took my wife. She was like what is going on?
