This review was written, dealership called and tried to get me to take negative comments off and made a deal with me to service my car for 2 years for free to get me to take down reviews i put on all websi get me to take negative comments off and made a deal with me to service my car for 2 years for free to get me to take down reviews i put on all websites including this one. Now, Since they built a new dealership just down the street and fired a lot of the people that I dealt with on my transaction, won’t honor my deal that was made by my salesman and signed by Mike Greico, Mike Doyle and Charles Lauria. At the time when they made me the deal they were even trying to weasel out of doing the maintenance on my truck and just wrote on their certificate that I would get free oil changes and tire rotations. The deal they made with me was also to change the fuel filters and wheel balancing. They agreed to it but they told me it did not need to be written down, but I insisted on getting it in writing and when I saw what they wrote they only wrote oil changes and tire rotations on the certificate. When i questioned it they told me they would just do it when it came in. The old service manager completed this work twice and I still have the receipts for those two times. When I showed it to my service advisor this time he said that that guy is no longer here so we will not honor this . Now the new GM at the dealership told my service advisor that they will not honor this piece of paper because those people don’t work here anymore which is complete crap. I have bought three cars from these dealerships and always have my cars serviced here, but now i am going to become an advocate against all Grieco dealerships. They lie, cheat, try to get one over on you if possible and don’t care if you aren’t happy. They will tell you anything to get you to sign up for the deal but wont on her stuff when you come in to collect . Not a great business model. The original problem was that they wouldn’t even put gas in a $30,000 Ford used truck that I bought from them because it wasn’t a brand new car. They said they only get paid to put gas in new cars !!!! They also wouldn’t even let me look at the truck at first because someone was coming to look at it the next day even though I wanted to put a deposit on it they told me I had to wait until after the other guy looked at it but I went down there and just put the money down on it and shut them up. Now they also are saying because it is a Ford truck they want me to bring it to the Ford dealer but they made the agreement with me at the Chevy dealer which also has diesel mechanics. DO NOT GO TO ANY GRIECO DEALER!! I have dealt with them for years and have come to realize they are cheats, liars and will not honor agreements that they make with their customers and even though they are right down the street from my house I will never buy another vehicle from them ever again or have my vehicles serviced there. I will continue however to post reviews about this place so nobody gets burned like I did. Stay away!! More
