I came here because my Acura TSX had been totaled at night while it was parked, and it was a very unexpected stressful situation. It was my first time doing business with them and as a new customer they met my needs and then some. I decided to buy a preowned Cadillac ATS a few months ago and I have had no problems at all. The sales staff is great, their inventory is awesome, and their service department is extremely dedicated with almost no wait times. Not to mention their building is brand new and the atmosphere is comfortable. Give them a try I know I will for my next car. More

I was first contacted by Caitlin from internet sales to schedule a test drive, and met Mike on site who offered a wealth of knowledge about the vehicle and personable conversation during the ride. Hanna in finance was very prompt and delivered early on his promise to find me a deal comparable to what I'd walked in with, being extremely thorough, courteous and efficient. I later met with Bruce in business to finalize my title and reg, as well as Randy, who also assisted with an extended warranty. After completing all the paperwork, Bob W. went over all of the features and manuals and introduced me to Peter in service before I left with my new car. I was very impressed with the professional nature of all of the team members I met, as well as the aesthetic of the sales floor. There was no pressure in this interaction; this was by far my most positive purchasing experience. All in all, the service was excellent. The car runs like a dream and Mike, Hanna, Bob and Bruce left no stone unturned in ensuring all my questions were answered. They locked in a great price for me and it was a pleasure to do business with First Acura this weekend. More
Service used to be the best When I first purchased my car , the service was the best. Recent experiences have been fair to poor. Took my car in for an oil change and accompanying service recently and was told 2 of my tires were unsafe to drive. I immediately called my son , who works in the field ,to get his opinion. When he checked the tires, he told me they were within normal range. I called the service manager,took one of the old tires in to show him Sure enough, my son was right. Over $200 spent for nothing. Nothing but an apology from First Acura.The service manager did say that the tech who had worked on my car was no longer employed there. Took my car back today for state inspection and oil change. I received a call telling me the the bolt on the oil pan was stripped and needed repair ,with no guarantee, for $75 or replacement for $500. The service writer said the happened because of the age of the car. I was not comfortable with this and again called my son for his opinion. He said that age had nothing to do with it. He also said that if they did the the oil changes, they were responsible for its happening.. I called back and asked for the service manager. After 10 minutes on hold,I hung up and called back only to be told he was gone for the day. The service writer came on the phone to tell me he was "unavailable". I asked to speak to the general manager and was told he was also unavailable.The writer said he would speak to him. They offered to do the repair free of charge. Not happy but I needed the car, I said ok. My plan was to contact the service manager tomorrow because I was confident that the damage had been done there, especially since the tech who had worked on it last time was fired. I picked up the car and as I was driving out I noticed the inspection sticker was not .a new one. I drove back in and had to wait another half hour for a sticker. I don't even know if the inspection was done. I googled stripped bolt and low and behold, the very first comment was almost exactly what happened tome today. The expert's answer was dealer is responsible.I really want the oil pan replaced. I actually left a voicemail for the service manager before I picked up the car. I left a second one after I picked up the uninspected car. Over the years I have dealt primarily with Tom Santos in service. Every experience with him is perfect, even if there's a problem with the car. Every time I have dealt with the new writers it's been awful. More
Great time buying my brand new RDX! I was so excited to buy an Acura. My husband and I decided to go to First Acura and are we so glad we did! The Sales manager is very poor. The sales mgr Kevin Eaton injected himself into what should have been a routine transaction. Would not talk price just prattled on about service. Based on my experience with him I purchased the same day at another dealer. Fair price smooth sale. The dealer had no problems providing me with a price. Beware of First Acura. More

Not only was it the first official day of summer but it was also the day I picked up my new 2017 Acura MDX! 11 years ago this w Today was a great day! Not only was it the first official day of summer but it was also the day I picked up my new 2017 Acura MDX! 11 years ago this was my dream car and today it became my reality car. From the moment I stepped foot into FirstAcura I felt comfortable. I knew this was going to be where I would purchase my vehicle. It can be a daunting process purchasing an expensive item. However, everyone involved in this process made it enjoyable, easy and unforgettable. My salesman was Mike Dube. I gotta say, he is just a good human being. I personally like him. He never pressured me and never made me feel rushed. He explained things clearly and gave me time to digest all the information. His calm demeanor put me at ease. E. Hanna was the Sales Manager. He did everything he could to earn my business and that's exactly what he did! He was aggressive and hungry. He promised me the lowest price and he came through. He went out of his way to make sure he was available for me when I needed to come in and for that I am grateful. Stephen LaPiertra was my product specialist and delivery coordinator. Stephen was extremely knowledgable on my vehicle and kindly explained all the amazing, state of the art features to me in a way that I would retain the information. The MDX is a complex and intelligent vehicle. I'm so impressed. Stephen also stayed late to make sure he could walk me through all the features because it worked for my schedule. He didn't have to do that but I truly appreciated his time and the rest of the staff who stayed late. Randy Cloutier was the GM. I sat with him on 6/20/17 to sign and finalize all the paperwork. He was so happy for me and it showed. His genuine approach and laid back conversation was a breath of fresh air. At first I didn't even know he was the GM. He was humble and appreciative to have my business. I might just be the girl next door but he made me feel like his most important client. I couldn't be any happier than I am right now. All the wonderful people I listed above celebrated my new aquisition with me tonight. It's as if I made 4 new friends. I drove out of the FirstAcura parking lot with only one regret and that is that I didn't go there sooner. I highly recommend this particular dealership if you are looking to purchase a vehicle.
