Absolutely the worst management I have ever dealt with. Nothing but problems with my car I bought two weeks ago and the only option to make it better was to buy a new car for an extra 30k! They masked the Nothing but problems with my car I bought two weeks ago and the only option to make it better was to buy a new car for an extra 30k! They masked the car smell and didn’t turn on heat/ac during test drive and rolled the windows down. Now the weather is getting warmer and it reeks of cigarettes. No solutions offered. The management won’t even return my calls. I liked my sales person a lot, but the managers don’t care about customers, they just care about making money. There is a reason the ratings are so low. AVOID AVOID AVOID. More

I bought a used 2021 vehicle (not an Acura) and I have had nothing but problems! They seem to have no customer service care about it, they tried to have it fixed but it is still doing the same thing and t had nothing but problems! They seem to have no customer service care about it, they tried to have it fixed but it is still doing the same thing and they will not take it back it's only been 3 months! Got and MDX when we test drove the car everything was fine we end financing the car few days later engine light came on.. I took the car back to let know they said the fix it but the engine came back wit fine we end financing the car few days later engine light came on.. Thanks to Craig Boudreau, I had an excellent experience at this dealership. Craig was exceptional from beginning to end. I bought a pre-owned car and there were a couple of minor issues that needed to be at this dealership. Craig was exceptional from beginning to end. I bought a pre-owned car and there were a couple of minor issues that needed to be worked out (nothing major, more logistical in nature). He addressed all of my issues and replied to every email, text and phone call. He was helpful, informative, honest, accommodating and had a good sense of humor (which is important!), all of which made this car buying experience my best yet. He provided exceptional service.
