I purchased my first toyota in 2008 at a different dealership, the whole process took a little over four long hours and was not a fun expieriance. When I arived at Gresham Toyota the next morning to puchase the truck there was no suprises and everything was in order and ready to go. When we came on the lot we timed the sales staff to see how long it took them to greet me, as I am a women it is often hard to be taken seriously at a dealership but not at Gresham Toyota. I came on the lot with a pre-approved loan and was ready to buy. Travis sold me on a lease instead of a used car and I couldn't be happier. Yes all the standard dealership protocals were in place but all the staff were nicer than they had to be and I really enjoyed my experience.
