After getting up and starting to walk out, The manager asked me what I wanted. I told him.. Then ...I got the trade in I wanted because of super low milage. A good interest rate and a monthly payment of 360.00. Then I asked the manager, do you remember what I said to you three hours ago ? That will cost you in bad reviews. More

I was disappointed with how scheduling seems to work now and how it was explained. I had a “appointment” at 8 am on my new Camry for its first service, topping fluids and rotating tires. This was completed and how it was explained. I had a “appointment” at 8 am on my new Camry for its first service, topping fluids and rotating tires. This was completed by 10:20am, 2 hours and 20 minutes later. I asked why it had taken this long and was told there were people ahead of me and my appointment did not mean anything other then that was when you would check the vehicle in. The “customer service” person said we are like DMV that way. If you’re likening yourself to DMV as an example of your customer service skills you should be revaluing and changing everything. More
