Gresham Subaru Department are extremely honest folks! I requested for new tires to be ordered thinking that I needed tire replacement. Elvis measured the tire depth using a tire gage and determined that the existing tires on my 2013 CrossTrek still has sufficient tire depth. They immediately pointed out that no tire replacement is needed at the moment. This saved me a lot of money and I am very thankful to Elvis B. and Drew G. who also assisted me. Moreover, they also replaced the factory low beam bulbs with Sylvania headlight bulbs that I supplied. This evening, my drive home was much better because the headlights are way much brighter! In addition, they are open seven days a week with an Express Service for a quick turnaround. Gresham Subaru Service Department is highly recommended! More
