My husband and I bought a used car, a RAV4, from Gresham Subaru this past December. After getting it home and driving it for a while we noticed the floor in the back seat was sopping wet. We had purchased an extended warranty but we were frantic thinking that we bought a lemon! ' But to our amazement and surprise Gresham Subaru, Josh in their Service Department and Lance, our finance guy took great care of us! Not only did Gresham Subaru investigate and find the cause, they replaced the Sunroof for us, santized the carpeting and cleaned/dried the whole interior. We were so thankful for the entire Gresham Subaru team. Lance Schultz made sure we were taken care of. Scottryan in the Service Department went above and beyond making sure we were satisfied with the final outcome. Gresham Subaru has made two life long customers. We will buy our next car there for sure! We won't go anywhere else! More

We were impressed with the whole experience. Giovanni was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Answered all our questions and if he didn’t have the answer he found out. Dented our car. Gave us a loaner that wasn't cleaned and smelled like the last person was living in it. Josh ghosts you. They said I would meet with the master tech and or shop foreman and Josh foisted me on to a tech that said they know nothing about what is going on. Never an apology for the steering module that was fixed. Never an apology for leaving us in the crappy loaner for 3 weeks. Never an apology for the experience. Then when Josh saw me pick up my car he hid in his office from me. Made eye contact with me and looked away. What kind of manager is that? No accountability and then sets up an employee. What else? When I picked up the car the side view mirrorr wasn't functioning and had to go back, again. Again they didn't inspect the vehicle before delivery. The car, the tech, the service advisor and I stood in the rain while the tech had the door open fixed the mirror for 5-10 minutes. What else? The other tech tried to hold me hostage to make sure I didn't owe any money. LOL He knew NOTHING about the situation, admittedly! But he wanted me to turn the car off and go inside MEANWHILE they just jumped the brand new battery they put in and it's cold and raining outside. Does management go through any kind of training? Does management provide training to new employees? Are there any protocols at Gresham Subaru? More
