My wife took took her Forester in for service and gave them her phone number to contact her. They never once called her! They kept calling my phone instead! Gilbert was amazing. We had already done test drives at another dealership and were ready to order a new car, and he was able to get us in right away to get it ordered. He was kind, cordial and made us feel so welcome, and he answered every question that we had. When the car finally came in, before anything else, he took us on a test drive to make sure there was nothing wrong with the car, just in case, and did a great run-through of all the features and how to use them. The paperwork took a while and we had to get some things sorted out with insurance, but he was very helpful and patient, and we had a great time chatting during the in-between. At the end, he had even got out a big bow to put on our new car when we walked out and took pictures for us too to. He was extremely thorough and helpful throughout, and you could tell he really knows his stuff. We are so glad to have gotten to work with him! The whole dealership itself has a great atmosphere, everyone is cheerful, polite and kind. When we first put in our car order, everyone at the front desk joined in saying goodbye to us, and they have a big bell that they ring to congratulate people when they buy a car. They also always have someone to greet you at the door, and they all make you feel welcome. There are several women working there too, which as a woman made me feel even more comfortable and at ease there. Overall, we had a great experience there and would not hesitate to work with them again. More
