All the figures Mr Reece quoted me stayed the same and it was the easiest and most comfortable experience I have ever had in purchasing a car. I bought some accessories and 2 days later, Randy the parts guy called me and scheduled my appointment. They were ready and installed everything and had me back on the road in under 2 hours when they told me it would be 2 to 3 hours and the washed my car! Shady Dealership. I've read the poor reviews about this dealership around the internet and decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and buy a used certified Subaru. Apparently, "certified" is a loos dealership around the internet and decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and buy a used certified Subaru. Apparently, "certified" is a loose term at this dealership as the vehicle I was interested had the following issues: -no floor mats -no passenger side sun visor -no 2nd key for the ignition -no spare tire jack -and a spare tire that was worn so bad on the inside (poor alignment/camber issue) that it was completely bald. I asked for the manager to come look at these issues and I was told that he "is too busy" to help me. In the end, I feel that this Subaru dealership does not represent the Subaru family at all. In fact, this dealership could have easily been mistaken for a used car lot on 82nd drive that sell lemons as "great cars". This is just one persons opinion, however, do your own research and you will find many other views that are inline with mine. There are several other quality Subaru dealerships in the Metro area that you are better off spending your hard earned money on. More
