Due to Mother's Day obligations we were unable to stay and complete the transaction. I called the following morning and talked to another sales person, Maurice, and he sent a sales agreement to my bank so they could issue a check. It was understood that we were going to come out and finalize the transaction after we got off work that day. We called the dealership after leaving the bank, check in hand, and were told that the vehicle which they agreed to sell to us and we had agreed to buy had been sold out from under us, but not to worry they had other Outbacks. They have "sale" signs in every window and their salesmen rely on old school pre-internet tactics. The first thing, get you to test drive. Then comes the typical speech of features of why to buy this car. You will notice they will try to discover how much research youve already done. If you meet a salesman named brice, ask for someone else. He doesnt even have the courtesy of keeping a poker face through your offers and negotiations but instead will give an arrogent smirk as if you were stupid for suggesting such a thing. I suggest the following tactic: call a dealer and say what car you want and that youve been offered a phenominal price but they dont have the right color. Then state if you (the dealership your calling) are willing to give the same price for the color i want then ill be right in. Then call the next subaru dealer and say the exact same thing. Once you have the dealer thats quoting the lowest price, you have a good place to start. If they tell you they dont quote prices over the phone but promise a good price if you come in, forget them. Gresham subaru was the only one in the area that refused to quote a price. The dealers need to realize we are in the age where information is readily at our finger tips and cut out all the deceptive xx. I found dick hannah in vancouver was the most straight forward. Gresham Subaru was the first place I stopped, and I was greeted by Khalil Abozeeter whose professional and friendly manner put me right at ease. He was very knowledgeable and really listened to me about what I was looking for. Khalil was able to show me several great cars, he actually made my car buying experience very enjoyable, I wasn't pressured at all. It turned out that I didn't need to go anywhere else. Gresham Subaru had exactly what I needed at a fair price and EXCELLENT customer service! My thanks to Gresham Subaru and, especially Khalil !!! I look forward to doing more business with them in the future. More

Walked in 7:30 AM Christmas Eve looking to buy. Nick greeted me, showed me a few cars and told me he'd give me a great price on a new Forester. Sure, I say to myself, that's what they always say. Two hrs later I walked out with a Forester with everything I wanted and nothing I didn't pretty sure I'd gotten a great deal (but not sure). Today I went on a site that tells me what other people have paid for the same car, similarly equipped. Out of about 100 people one person (one!) paid a lower price than I did. I'm 52 years old and have bought a lot of new cars in my life. This was absolutely the best experience I've ever had buying a car. Fast, friendly, helpful, truthful and a great price. Gresham is pretty far from where I live in West PDX but these guys just earned a customer for life. More
They got us a great deal! Our APR was less than the loan we had already picked out for us. It seemed as though all they wanted to do was make this as easy as possible for both sides and I really feel like t we had already picked out for us. We have leased four Subaru Foresters over the past 14 years, the lease was about up on our current one so we went to Gresham Subaru where we had leased previously. This time was even better, we leased a 2012 Forester with the features and color we wanted, plus other features we hadn't thought of, at a lower monthly lease payment than last time. Khalil and the other people we dealt with were uniformly courteous, efficient and knowledgable. More
