FABULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE! 8 years of great experiences! I have been going here since I moved from Mississippi. Brian is amazing in service. Since I bought the car and a rack, he made sure that it was free for service. I just bought the rack. Christopher is sales is a great person, very real and straight forward. Stand up guy. I probably wouldn't have bought a car from anyone else. I bought a car from him today and experienced the highest customer service. Angel Jimenez was amazing in service. He made sure that my rack was installed in a half hour with no service fee. smiled and was extremely sweet. Brent is a great boss, he is a family man and very respectful. I signed papers with him and got a warranty. Everyone knows me by name and makes sure they always greet me and ask me how life is. Joseph borrago is a new service department employee but is so nice and sweet. Very in point and thorough. They all know me by name and are the best dealership I have ever been to. I'd rather come here than go to a regular mechanic because I know they won't rip me off and will give me whatever cost cuts I can get to make sure things are in my budget. Not saying they hook it up beyond what is normal but here and there they cut me breaks and I really appreciate it. I drive from Beaverton to come to Gresham Subaru and have never had a complaint! Killed my subaru. It took weeks and weeks to get my car repaired at another facility in Utah the Gresham dealership has continued to lie and cheat their way around any responsibility for the incident. Their service manager even accused me of trying to get them to pay my bills for me when I brought him the receipt for my vehicle being towed. He also lied to me when he said he didn't have a service repair record for my vehicle from a previous repair when I called to get the record. More
The service with Subaru is always a 5 Star I have been coming to Gresham Subaru over 15 years. The service is well beyond any service I have ever received. Do not honor their pricing We worked with Jonathan via email through true car we decided on the car that we want and agreed upon the pricing through true car (in writing) we arr We worked with Jonathan via email through true car we decided on the car that we want and agreed upon the pricing through true car (in writing) we arrived at the dealership and asked Jonathan to show us the car that we were given the pricing for, we looked at the car and decided that was the car for us. Daryl (Jonathans supervisor) informed us that true car had made a mistake and that they would not be honoring the pricing that Jonathan had given us. After much argument and horrible trade in value given and were told that we would be getting a 1.99% interest rate we decided to proceed , once we got to the very last piece of paper to sign we were told that our interest rate was 3.49%. These people are liars and thrives and will do anything to screw you over and make a sale. Do walk away from gresham Subaru RUN. Do not give them your business. I WILL be reporting them to the BBB! My wife and I needed a new car, I contacted Gresham Subaru because a co-worker had just bought a car from them recently and they responded very quickl My wife and I needed a new car, I contacted Gresham Subaru because a co-worker had just bought a car from them recently and they responded very quickly to my request for information on financing. They were able to get us a great rate on a loan and we drove off the lot in a new Legacy a couple hours after walking in the door. Tiffany and the rest of the people we worked with were friendly, professional and conscientious. I would recommend Gresham Subaru, they did a great job for us. More

How to let a sure sale walk out the door We're a Subaru family, and decided it was time for our sixth. Determined the exact car we wanted and sent e-mail queries to two dealerships. Lithia in Oregon City responded that we had exactly what we were looking for, and e-mailed the specs and the price. I relayed it to Gresham Subaru for a counter, and was told that they would sell the same car for $1800 less, and could I come in that day? I had plans, so I proposed to come the next morning, and was told that the sales manager would have the vehicle ready when I arrived. Got there on schedule, and the sales manager said the car had been sold that very morning, but he has lots of other cars that we'd like. They knew I was coming in with my checkbook to get that car, and had my number, but no text, no call....I instantly smelled bait-and-switch, hit the exit, went straight to Lithia and bought the car. I'd heard good things about Gresham Subaru and maybe they're all true, but my experience just reinforced negative stereotypes. They're off my list when it's time for our seventh More
