I didn't buy a car here but I do have my Subaru Crosstrek serviced here. The people especially Grant are always very nice. I have had good and not so great experiences in the past but my last experience was serviced here. The people especially Grant are always very nice. I have had good and not so great experiences in the past but my last experience was positive. I feel that I was told how much things would cost and how much time it would take accurately once they had done the diagnostic. I hate being up sold things an I told them this ahead of time. I don't think it occurred this time. More

Total bait and switch dealership. Verified with them that they were participating in the Subaru VIP program, went through the order process, then got an email from Damien Ayala saying Verified with them that they were participating in the Subaru VIP program, went through the order process, then got an email from Damien Ayala saying they couldn’t honor the deal that we had made because I lived to far away (3 hours in the same state), and couldn’t honor the deal on the model we had agreed on earlier because of availability, but he could sell it to at full MSRP. Buyer beware…I went to Wilsonville Subaru and they made the same deal and were awesome! More
