I own many Mopar Vehicles, a Chrysler 300, a Dodge Charger Daytona, a Dodge Ram 1500 Daytona, a Ram Tradesmen, a Ram TRX Level 2, a Ram TRX Sandblast, a Dodge Charger King Daytona, and a Ram Mega Cab. I took in my Ram Mega Cab for general service, a warranty issue and recall. While they were working on my warranty issue, they ended up breaking my steering column and then denied it until the next morning. I went to pick up the truck as they told me that it would be a few weeks while they waited for the part to arrive for the warranty work. As they were pulling up outside of the service door the guy parking truck slammed the shifter into park and made the vehicle stuck in park. Not only did they blame me and treat me as I purposely did it they did not acknowledge the wrong doing until the next morning. They were extremely rude and they also did not apologize for us being required to leave the truck there for two additional days to be corrected while also wasting over an hour or two of my time by going there, sitting outside the service doors while they figured out what was wrong and then being required to return home without the truck. The sad thing is that this is the least of my worries. After they fixed my truck, they offered to wash it. Mind you that this is a Black Mega Cab that has been ceramic coated and is a beautiful truck. I said thank you for the offer however please only wash the truck if it is a Brushless Car Wash as my truck is dirty and when it is washed it is only hand washed using the two-bucket method. They said its brushless do not worry. When I went to pick it up the truck, I noticed it was half washed which was odd. I was headed to my nephew’s birthday party so I did not notice the problem until that night (Saturday). My ENTIRE TRUCK GOT STRACTHED!!! ALL OVER! THE TAIL LIGHTS, THE DOORS, THE BED, EVERYWHERE!! I took it back in on Monday and said what did your dealership do?? They finally got the tech/wash person to admit that they brushed my truck! They said they would fix it and correct the mistakes they created however they now refuse to fix my truck!!! They said they will only fix some of the scratches as the bad deep scratches that require paint correction, etc., must have been there prior! PATHETIC AND DISHONEST!! If they never messed up my truck, I would not be writing this review or dealing with this problem. They make millions of dollars; they mess up the truck and then they blame me for the deep scratches. I have a KING DAYTONA (one of 300) and is has 13 Miles, I have a TRX Sandblast with 62 miles on it. This truck is not my daily driver and has been pampered since day one! All my vehicles are pristine! I am writing this review to warn the general public!! EVEN WHEN THEY ADMIT TO WRONG DOING THEY WILL NOT TAKE RESPONISBILTY! TERRRIBLE DEALERSHIP!! TERRIBLE!! THE GENERAL MANAGER AND THE SERIVCE MANAGER NEVER CALLED!! DEALERSHIP LACKS CLASS! IF YOU GO THERE BE SURE TO HAVE AN ATTORNEY ON RETAINER JUST IN CASE! AND I WOULD BOYCOTT ALL TIME AUTO OWNED DEALERSHIPS AS I WOULD GUESS THIS IS A COMPANY WIDE MIDSET OF DISHONESTY! More
Took my car in because I heard a tick, got told that it was the beginning of lifter failure but because nothing was wrong yet they couldn’t replace under warranty so I had to $620 then when getting my car was the beginning of lifter failure but because nothing was wrong yet they couldn’t replace under warranty so I had to $620 then when getting my car the engine light was on because of them and told me they would call back with a rental car never received a call, had to reach out three days later because I heard nothing and they closed the case even with my engine light on and car not done. If your service ladie is Katie, request a new one. Better yet don’t come to this location, I’ve never wrote a review before but the lack of customer service and the problems this came with I felt obligated too. More
I had an emergency with my 86 year old mothers 02 P T cruiser . She had a dead battery on Sunday, so I changed it for her that afternoon . I drove into the service department doorway at 4:15 Monday afternoon and the service writer Keith was on the phone, [ on hold ] , but directed the young man to go get Sean or Shawn . When he (Shawn) came up and looked under the hood at the fuse block, he turned to me and smiled and said just a minute, I'll be right back, he came back with a little yellow fuse and plugged it into the fuse block and like magic , the radio lights and everything else worked! They would not take any payment, so I wanted to voice a 5 star kudos to the Monday evening crew in the service dept. You saved the day for my mom, and she was very thankful to you all .( And I am too, since it was my mistake.) Many Thanks P.J.Hall........... More
I took a car here for simple repair . They quoted $60 diagnostic . I told them what was wrong . My powersteering sensor was leaking. That's my cost $54. It is unobstructed access for replacement. 3 min to replace in and out. They gave estimate of $185. When they called to conferm repair it was $895. They also then claimed the $185 was the diagnostic fee. Obviously I did not let yhem do the repair. If the repair shop is in my opinion this Shady I would never trust the dealership to sell me a car. Dishonest is dishonest! More
I took my new 2022 Ram Truck that was under warranty for service. There were issues with the lights and the radio. They claimed they could only find an error code for the radio. I discussed with the service manger and he spent a half hour explaining why Dodge won't stand behind any problems they can't produce a code for on the diagnostics. The tech Keith gave me a number to call that would supposedly give me an OK to get the lights fixed. I called the number and got a an OK to replace the light unit and got an order number. They then told me that they wouldn't honor that order number for the lights. I then went home and I videoed the problems with the lights and called the service manager back. He would not return any of my calls. I waited after leaving multiple messages, gave up, and went to get the radio installed. The tech Keith then told me they sent the radio back because I didn't come in despite me telling him I was waiting on the service manger to return my calls and claimed it cost them $3000 so they wouldn't put one in. I backed check his information with another dealer and found out that he was lying. Also, I found out that error codes reset after a certain amount of time. In my opinion, I would look for another dealership to do business with if you want a new vehicle. If there is a rebuttal from the dealership about this post, I kept records of everything I said here.
