I want to write a review for Keith the Service Advisor. I have been using Keith for the past two years, and always receive First Class Service. Maybe I'm just very lucky, but there have been a couple ti I have been using Keith for the past two years, and always receive First Class Service. Maybe I'm just very lucky, but there have been a couple times that I tried to schedule an appointment online, and it was 1 to 2 weeks away. Then I call Keith and he gets me in the NEXT day. I will ONLY use Keith, and he is a solid (5) STARS or a #10 if that's how you score? I'm a retired Veteran on a fixed income, and Keith will always try to get me any discounts available. I have and do tell my Dodge truck owner friends about Gresham Chrysler Dodge. Thank Paul M. More

I would give a minus 0 star rating if I could. Take your car for service any place BUT this one. Took 2 days just to diagnose problem and that was with a appointment! They have this text communication system where you text your service advisor with status or questions and it takes them until next day to get back to you. Lack of communication. 10 days and counting and my vehicle is still not fixed yet I am paying $3000 for the work plus 10 days worth of rental car fees GO ANYWHERE ELSE !!! More
Our experience with Gresham Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was complicated. We had some issues with communication and egos, On both sides. After a troublesome time establishing communication and explaining our concerns we established a line of communication that met our expectations. We were working on a severe timeline and we were anxious about the completion time of our service. We explained this to each person we spoke with. I can write this review stating unequivocally that Gresham Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram met, NO, Exceeded our expectations and our timeline. The work was done in a timeline that, in other circumstances, could not be expected. The service was done exceedingly well! Although our experience could have been completely different, the Team at Gresham Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram did an amazing job turning the experience around and I would recommend their service to anyone with Mopar vehicles no matter where they were originally purchased. Thank you for working so incredibly hard to surmount the original miscommunications and ego to perform a heroic service. You have my gratitude. More

Back in October 2024 I took my Dodge 3500 into Gresham Dodge for service. Once work was completed someone took sit out for a “Test” drive and ran into a pole of some sort causing about $15,000 in damage. Dodge for service. I returned the vehicle 2 and 1/2 weeks later. At that time, they said they had no loaner to give me. I also left 2 messages requesting a call from management which never came. They had possession of my truck through part of October and all the way into March of 2024 (5 months) and offered no compensation for my loss of use. If you choose to use Gresham Dodge understand the customer is not number 1. As a side note the shop that did the repairs (Not Gresham Dodge) did an excellent job. More
I have always had a positive experience at this dealership starting with the service dept.. Katie and the young gentleman ( …..sorry didn’t remember his name very nice and helpful) and the sales/fi dealership starting with the service dept..
