Grenier Ford had our car for 17 weeks to do jobs on recall on our 2017 Ford Edge. After getting our car back my husband, who is a certified diesel mechanic, popped the hood to do an oil change and noti recall on our 2017 Ford Edge. After getting our car back my husband, who is a certified diesel mechanic, popped the hood to do an oil change and noticed the engine cover was missing. He called the service department and spoke to Jim Swanson because whenever you call the service manager is "unavailable" and he told us he would talk to the mechanic and find out what happened to our engine cover. After 3 weeks of hearing nothing back from them I went in person to inquire and LACEY, who we unfortunately had to deal with during the 17 weeks of having our car, called me a liar!!!! Customer service and maintenance is not a positive in anyway shape or form at Grenier Ford of Casper, WY. More
I have not had a pleasant experience. I bought a Certified used Subaru on Nov 10th. I have called asking for help with problems I’m having. I was told today, Dec 30th to take it to the Ford dealer here in Gillette and they told me to go back to Greiner and make them do something. Also that they cannot fix the problems because they are Ford. I did a long review on Google but I deleted it. I don’t wish to hurt anyone and I stated the truth but it got me no where with getting help. How can people be this way? More

The sales department is awesome. Service department is horrible. They don't honor their appointments. I made appointment on my phone, I called to verify. Showed up 15 min. early. An hour 45 min. later I was still waiting. They finally ran it in a did nothing but change the oil. Done!!!! No acknowledgement they messed up. Won't go back. More
Took my car In for a service and they didn’t do part of the “included” service. This was the second time this happened and when asked why they just kind of skipped over it with an excuse. Went to get into my car and it was running in the parking lot. Assuming it had been left running for the time frame it took me to get my car (1hr 15 min) I called to inquire and the service manager just simply brushed me off. Did not return my phone call x2 and numerous text messages. If they just simply acted like they cared I would have felt much better but he didn’t even care enough to call me or text me back. Now I’m not returning. Poor customer service. More
