Attitude reflects attitude and if your employee wasnt disrespectful I wouldnt have been either. And also Ford Corporate and a Ford mechanic have both said the engine cover should have been removed to complete the job correctly and regardless the car came to you with an engine cover and came back without one. There are customer service classes available to businesses like yours. But thank you for your response and it will just be added to your open case files with corporate in Michigan. I wish you well moving forward also.

I tried calling but no answer. I need my car fixed. It slides so badly and the back of the car slides sideways. I have never experienced this in my life with a vehicle. I believe that Greiner is stalling so the Ford coverage will expire. I have had other people drive it on ice covered streets. I need you to get this car in and examine it. It is dangerous to drive this car and I am terrified of what might happen. I replied 1/5/2023 at 1304.

I have called repeatedly leaving messages for Brian Sharkey but he has not returned my calls so they DO NOT stand behind the cars they sell! When I called the sales person who sold me the car, Jordan, I get no help. He instructed me to call Ford here in Gillette. I called and was told that they are Ford and do not work on Subarus and to call Greiner Ford back and make them do something. I am obviously getting the run around from Greiner Ford. This has got to be illegal. How can a dealership sell a car that is dangerous to drive on slick streets? Why is there no honor or ethics? I had hoped to change my review but I can’t under these circumstances. I do not recommend Greiner Ford in Casper, Wyoming. I need someone to help me make this dealership stand behind their word that this car would be repaired if I had any problems. The phone number that Brian Sharkey listed for me to call is a person named Cody Kline who has never responded either.
