He made an initial offer that was more beneficial to his agency but was willing to take my counter-offer to his boss for review. Additonally, Mr. Cooper walked me through the computer menu system and called a few days after the sale to see if I had any further questions. Laura in finance was equally cooperative, informative, and helpful. She asked questions about my specific driving habits and found a warranty program that worked for me. I've always rated very high until now. Took 2 hours for oil change (The works) and I was the 1st one in line that morning. Should have been told that they changed things up and now they only have 1 technician from 7 to 8am. Well next time I will make an appointment for 7am, and then I only have to show up a couple of minutes before appointment not at 6:30 am to be 1st. In line. We will see what happens next time. More
