As far as the service department is concerned I feel All dealerships not on Fernando was easy to deal with as was the entire sales/finance department. As far as the service department is concerned I feel All dealerships not only this one try to sell services that are not needed. For example you go in for a oil change and are told we recommend a transmission service but the owners manual says it does not need to be done for x amount of miles buy they recommend it anyway. Or a fuel system cleaning etc. I understand this is how dealers make their money but i do not feel it's fair to the consumer. More

They don't keep their word. Be careful about purchasing their "Free lifetime OIL/FILTER CHANGE". It's not free and it's not lifetime either.
