Service department is very very disdainful of customers. From hour long waits just to drop a car, no evening drop off or pick up, to an extraordinarily rude receptionist these folks are just otally ignorant From hour long waits just to drop a car, no evening drop off or pick up, to an extraordinarily rude receptionist these folks are just otally ignorant of what "customer service" means! Very sorry we purchased from them.While we have had great experience with local dealers for Acura and Infinit, even with vehicles we did not purchase from them, Gregoris Subaru service department is just plain rude.
