Would give All World ZERO stars if I could. Poorest customer service I have experienced in a long time. Service guy, Chris, DOES NOT listen when an issue is explained, has nothing but excuses, Poorest customer service I have experienced in a long time. Appears the service department's goals are to give their customers the run around and see how many times they can come back to try and fix the same problem. Needless to say, seeking a new Ford dealership to FINALLY get my issues resolved. Would NEVER recommend All World 0/10. More

I went to All World Ford to look at a used 2021 F150 Tuscany FTX pickup. I had inquired about the truck prior to coming to the dealership and we set up an appointment. Prior to taking it for a test driv Tuscany FTX pickup. I had inquired about the truck prior to coming to the dealership and we set up an appointment. Prior to taking it for a test drive, I noticed the power running boards didn't deploy. I turned the truck engine off to go inform the salesman of the problem. The salesman informed me that the running boards were likely disconnected to maintain power while sitting. I then went to start the truck and it wouldn't start. The battery was dead. The salesman jumped the vehicle and service put a new battery in. It was confirmed that the running boards were unplugged. I then went for a test drive and five miles into the drive, the low tire pressure light came on for the front passenger side tire. All other tires were at 40psi and that one was at 24psi.I noticed an abnormal shake in the steering wheel while driving and thought it was due to the low tire pressure. Upon returning to the dealership, I explained the problem to the salesman and showed him video of the steering wheel shaking. He returned the vehicle to service and advised nitrogen was added to the tire and it should be good now. No punctures, leaks, or nails were found. I was offered to take the truck for a couple days to see if the problems were corrected and if I liked the truck, which I accepted. While driving the vehicle home, I still noticed abnormal shaking/vibrating in the steering wheel. I stopped by a friend of mine who is a mechanic of 20+ years to look at and drive it. He advised the front tires were "cupping" badly and needed to be replaced. He stated the tires could also be out of balance or there was an alignment issue. I returned to the dealership and told the salesman the steering was still an issue and explained what I learned. I advised that if the steering issues were resolved that I would purchase the truck. We negotiated the deal and I waited until service completed their assessment of what was wrong with it. After waiting for 1.5-2 hours, the salesman informed me that service advised the tires were unbalanced and that the tires were rotated/balanced. I asked about the cupping and he verified that service determined the tires were "cupped" badly. I explained that rotating the tires may help now, but when I'd rotate in the next 3000 miles that the bad tires would go to the front and cause the same issues to occur. It was agreed that tires should and needed to be replaced. The salesman went to his manager and the manager advised that All World Ford wouldn't pay to replace the tires because we were "at the bottom line" on my deal. I advised that I wouldn't buy the truck in its current condition. I advised that I wouldn't pay for tires that should of been replaced prior to it being offered for sale and questioned how all these issues were missed during presale inspection. The salesman said he would discuss the deal with his manager on Monday morning, since it was late Friday evening. On Monday I never received a call from the dealership. On Tuesday the salesman sent me at text saying the truck had a "purchase pending" from another buyer and whether he could interest me in other options. I asked him to quote a new truck, since I was concerned about shady band-aid fixes performed on their used vehicles. He priced the new F150 and offered me $3000 less for my trade stating that they overvalued it in the previous deal. In summary, this is the absolute worse experience I've had at a dealership. For a $61000 used truck with 15k miles, it had abnormal issues and All World Ford management just wanted pass them onto the customer. I hope the pending buyer of the truck reads this before he or she signs the dotted line. More

My salesman promised me three times when I ordered the truck, I was locked into the Ford 3.9% loan finance rate. He thoroughly explained the rate wouldn't go higher, but could go lower between that day an truck, I was locked into the Ford 3.9% loan finance rate. Well, when the truck came in he would not give me the 3.9% rate, explaining how he made a mistake! I ended up getting a loan through my credit union, at 5.4%. That's a big difference in the intrest I will have to pay on a $75,000 truck. The dealership refuses to do anything to make there wrong right with me. So, I have reported this to Ford, DOT, and one other place. Even the salesman's manager admitted how the salesman made a mistake! I still plan to pursue other avenues to hold the salesman and dealership accountable. I took the truck in for it's first oil change. I asked if they automatically check the gear oil level in frount and differential, plus check the transfer case fluid level. The service writer said they don't check closed systems for oil level. I explained that I was going on a trip to Montana and Wyoming and pulling a big trailer, so I want to make sure all fluid levels are full. I even volunteered to show the lube tech where the plugs are that need to be removed to check the level, but I was told they don't do it. I said, I will have to put the truck on my lift at home in my shop and check the levels if they can't. So, after having my oil change at the dealership, I went home and put the truck up on my lift and checked the frount and rear differential gear oil level, as well as the transfer case fluid level. More
