I've been a customer of Gregg Young Norwalk for a few years. today they lost my business. I went in for an oil change and brought with me a $5.00 off coupon (off a $79.95 oil change) that was sent to years. today they lost my business. I went in for an oil change and brought with me a $5.00 off coupon (off a $79.95 oil change) that was sent to my address and was good for another month until November 30, 2023. When I arrived at my scheduled appointment time , I was told that the oil change prices had been increased and the coupon was no longer good. they would however give me a $15.00 discount. when I came to pick up my vehicle the bill was $105.65. They did reduce it by $15.00 with the stated discount. when i went to pay, i was informed that there would be an additional 3% charge if I used my Mastercard. I also noted a $2.87 charge for "data storage". Not sure what that is or why it is included for an oil change. Service department was excellent and provided high quality service. Truck broke down on vacation and they went out of their way to fix it and bring it 200 miles away to our house when it was fixed.
