The dealership I do recommend but I do NOT recommend the service department. The service department is so slow and always takes a lot longer than what I’m told. Then when I got in my truck when it was finally done there was oil on my center console and on the inside door handle. I started to go inside to say something but just turned around and cleaned it up myself. I just didn’t want to be there any longer. More

Usually very prompt with service request. Need better service check in. Asked not rotate my tires since the back tires were new. They rotated the tires, anyway. Never going back. LIED that they rotated tires. Used standard tire pressure, not what was in tire. Not sure if oil changed. Filter was. Who knows if other inspections done.
